  • Pātaka Kai (Community pantry)

    Located at the Featherston Community Centre we have a fresh food pantry.

    Drop of any excess produce or food you have and collect anything that you may need.

    The pantry is cared for by the Featherston Community Centre, for the Featherston Community.

  • Meals on Wheels

    Do you struggle to get groceries or cook a meal?  Featherston Meals on Wheels is still going strong, delivering hot wholesome meals.  Delivered hot to your door around lunch time Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, no weekends) at a cost of $13.20 per meal or subsidised meals $6.60.

  • Featherston Foodbank

    If you or your whānau (family) are residents of Featherston and are in need of kai (food), please don’t hesitate to reach out. Featherston Foodbank offer parcels to households who need help getting back on their feet.
    If you need frequent help or a long-term arrangement, please let them know.

    They’re open every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 2:30 pm — no appointment needed. Come in during these hours, and their team will be there to help.

  • Wairarapa Fruit & Vege Co-Op

    RPH and Wesley Community Action organise eleven fruit and vege co-ops across the greater Wellington region, including Featherston.

    Anyone can join and our local pick up point is in Fox Street.

    The cost is $15 week for a bag of seasonal fruit and a bag of seasonal vegetables. The estimated retail value of each individual order is usually over $30.
