LEVEL 1 GUIDELINES
The Centre is committed to continue to provide a welcoming facility for our community through this period of uncertainty, and it is our responsibility to apply the recommended guidelines as published by Ministry of Health at https://covid19.govt.nz/ to ensure that we provide a SAFE facility for our community, tenants, staff and volunteers.
Social gatherings, events and public facilities at Alert Level 1
There is no limit on the number of people who can attend a social gathering or event or enter a public facility at Alert Level 1.
If you’re travelling from an Alert Level 2 region to a region that is at Alert Level 1, we encourage you to act as if you are carrying your Alert Level with you. Consider avoiding large gatherings or events, unless you’re going to a funeral or tangihanga.
Workplaces and businesses legally must display a QR code poster to help you keep track of where you’ve been. We recommend you use the NZ COVID Tracer app to do this, or another way that works for you.
You can also print off QR codes for private events like social gatherings at your home. This isn’t mandatory, but we encourage you to do so.

Tissues
We have placed a box of tissues in every room that is used by the general public. Please let us know if tissues run out and need restocking.
